PMSVANIDHI Portal (pmsvanidhi.mohua.gov.in) (herein after referred to as "Program Portal") is a customized IT enabled digital platform developed, operated and maintained by Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) ("The Company")in consultation with and acting as Implementing Partner of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) for Prime Minister Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi (PMSVANidhi) Scheme (hereinafter referred to as “Scheme”). The portal is integrated with several other platforms / portal including Udyamimitra Portal. If you wish to apply for a loan through the portal, you are declaring that you have no objection to authenticate your Aadhaar number, share the same with other Ministries / Departments under the Government of India for the purpose of extension of benefits under any of their Schemes, carry out e-KYC and accessing your credit history & credit score by credit bureau, lenders and their authorized agents. The consent and purpose of collecting Aadhaar has been explained to you in local language. MoHUA / Lending Institution has informed you that your Aadhaar details submitted on the Program Portal shall not be used for any purpose other than as mentioned in the Loan Application Form (LAF), or as per requirements of law. You have been informed that this consent and your Aadhaar will be stored along with your account details with MoHUA & Program Portal.

As a policy the portal does not disclose any personal information to anyone other than those to our employees, officers, professional advisors' third-party contractors, third party service providers as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
